Godsmack launched their 2025 world tour on March 22 at Arena Sofia in Bulgaria, presenting fans with a slightly altered lineup. Notably absent were drummer Shannon Larkin and lead guitarist Tony Rombola, whose roles were temporarily filled by Will Hunt (Evanescence) and Sam Bam Koltun (Dorothy, Budderside), respectively.
Frontman Sully Erna addressed these changes in an interview with Bulgaria’s Z Rock radio station, emphasizing that while the band is in good health and spirits, personal matters necessitated the temporary substitutions. He expressed respect for Larkin and Rombola’s privacy and assured fans that the band’s performance quality remains uncompromised.
The European leg of the tour features special guests P.O.D. and Drowning Pool, with performances scheduled across various countries, including Romania, Hungary, Poland, Austria, and the UK. The tour is set to conclude on April 12 in Oberhausen, Germany.
