After more than five decades, the original Alice Cooper band is back with a new studio album, The Revenge of Alice Cooper, set to release on July 25, 2025, via earMUSIC. This marks their first full-length collaboration since 1973’s Muscle of Love.
The lineup features all four surviving original members: vocalist Alice Cooper, guitarist Michael Bruce, bassist Dennis Dunaway, and drummer Neal Smith. The album also includes a special appearance by the late guitarist Glen Buxton on the track “What Happened to You,” constructed from one of his old demo riffs.
Longtime producer Bob Ezrin, known for his work on classic albums like Love It to Death and Billion Dollar Babies, returns to helm the production. Alice Cooper emphasized the collaborative nature of the project, stating, “It wasn’t like my albums. I’m not gonna have a final say on it; I had one-fourth of the say on it, and that’s the way we always did it.”
The first single, “Black Mamba,” will debut on April 22 on Cooper’s syndicated radio show, Alice’s Attic. The album’s tracklist includes:
- “Black Mamba”
- “Wild Ones”
- “Up All Night”
- “Kill The Flies”
- “One Night Stand”
- “Blood On The Sun”
- “Crap That Gets In The Way Of Your Dreams”
- “Famous Face”
- “Money Screams”
- “What A Syd”
- “Inter Galactic Vagabond Blues”
- “What Happened To You”
- “I Ain’t Done Wrong”
- “See You On The Other Side”
While a full tour with the original band isn’t planned, Cooper mentioned the possibility of special performances in select cities like Detroit, New York, L.A., and London. Meanwhile, he continues his co-headlining tour with Judas Priest, running from September 16 to October 26.
