Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly have ended their relationship just weeks after revealing they were expecting a child together.
According to TMZ, the breakup happened over Thanksgiving weekend during a trip to Vail, Colorado. Reports claim that Fox discovered something upsetting on MGK’s phone, prompting her to ask him to cut the trip short.
The split follows Fox’s recent pregnancy announcement. On November 11, the actress shared a striking photo on Instagram, cradling her baby bump while covered in black liquid. She tagged MGK in the post, writing, “Nothing is ever really lost. Welcome back.”
This would have been Fox’s fourth child, as she shares sons Noah (12), Bodhi (10), and Journey (8) with ex-husband Brian Austin Green. MGK, on the other hand, is father to a 15-year-old daughter, Casie, from a previous relationship.
The pair’s relationship has been tumultuous. Earlier this year, Fox confirmed their engagement had been called off, although they didn’t announce an official breakup. In a Call Her Daddy podcast interview, Fox described their bond as deeply personal, saying, “There will always be a tether to him no matter what.”
Fox and MGK first met in March 2020 on the set of Midnight in the Switchgrass. Their connection quickly became public when Fox starred in MGK’s music video for Bloody Valentine.
